Business Strategy Consulting. David has been engaged in business strategy and executive consulting for the past 10 years. His strengths are business growth strategy, leadership team development, succession and strategic planning. Entrepreneurial Business Ownership. Prior to his current firm, David founded and developed two businesses: American Trade Exchange, an import and export company, and a PC Systems development and training company. These have provided excellent environments to "practice what he teaches."

Corporate Management. He has held senior executive positions within the Thomson Corporation, Wolters Kluwer, and Ziff-Davis Publishing companies. He developed expertise in publishing, health and services industries, commercial development and licensing, new product/service development, relationship management, strategic planning, and change management.

International Business. David’s has lived and worked in the US, Europe and New Zealand. As an international publisher he pioneered e-commerce business, developed strategic publishing relationships worldwide, and managed product/launch acquisitions and cross-cultural team building.

David serves on the Boards of the Entrepreneurs Forum of Greater Philadelphia (currently Vice President of Strategic Planning), and the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) of Philadelphia. David is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group and Co-Chair of its Entrepreneurs’ Circle; he is a graduate of the Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia "Business on Board" program; and he is the Vice-Chair of the Union League of Philadelphia Business Leadership Forum.

David's education includes MBA and BS in Business Administration degrees from Louisiana State University; a Strategic Marketing Management Certificate from the Cranfield School of Management, UK; and Advanced Leadership Training by the U.S. Air Force Squadron Officers' School. .
